Galway City Partnership (GCP) is marking Social Prescribing Day with a celebration of achievements and a series of events aimed at fostering wellbeing and community connection across Galway City.
A Year of Impact
Over the past year, Galway City Social Prescribing has had an incredible impact, with 210 referrals to date. By connecting individuals with community-based supports, the service has played a vital role in enhancing health, wellbeing, and social inclusion. This milestone reflects the dedication and commitment of those delivering and supporting the programme, ensuring more people can access the resources they need to thrive.
